Svenskt Tenn's marketing department has its workplace at Svenskt Tenn's headoffice and in the store on Strandvägen. The department works with all forms of communication and marketing regardless of channel and ranges from production, store design, digital marketing to PR and events.

The role

The position Digital Marketing Specialist is a vital role at Svenskt Tenn. E-commerce growth is a top strategic direction for the brand and this role is central to achieving online sales growth. A link between the Marketing & Brand - and the E-commerce department. This role is responsible for the digital marketing budget, all external agencies as well as project management for content delivery. This role will be focused on optimizing marketing tactics across organic and paid channels, including social, search, affiliate, and email to maximize customer acquisition, ROAS, and customer retention.

Side by side with the Digital Marketing Manager and E-commerce Manager this role will make sure to hit the online sales targets and form an efficient and successful cross functional role between the two teams.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will create and implement digital marketing strategy for all key markets, ensuring it drives qualified converting traffic to the site and incremental sales in line with the plan. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible of increasing awareness of the Svenskt Tenn brand on a global scale.

Travelling will occur.

Responsibilities

  • Define Svenskt Tenn’s overall long term performance marketing strategy, delivering on the goals in Svenskt Tenn’s predefined growth plan, including proposed ROAS and budget targets.
  • Own paid marketing budget and the strategy together with third party agencies. Effectively manage campaign expenses by staying on budget, appropriately estimating monthly costs, and reconciling any discrepancies that appear.
  • Own commerce on social platforms, and actively set the agenda for all paid search activities in the whole funnel, together with the team and partners
  • Optimizing and executing paid social plans utilizing native platforms, third party and internal tools to deliver efficient and profitable paid campaigns
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns to identify opportunities to improve and exceed KPIs
  • Creating thorough optimization roadmaps across all platforms
  • Creating our paid marketing strategy, with guidance from the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Understand different platform metrics, and confidently be able to pull together the right data and metrics to support social and community objectives
  • Create the weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting requirements
  • Be confident with using excel to manipulate the data you need to create content and campaign reports
  • Ensure appropriate on-site analytics for svenskttenn.com, including tagging, tracking and data management
  • Define the framework for testing, implementation, and reporting on campaign performance through the pre-purchase funnel, site customer journey and cross-channel A/B testing
  • Reporting on performance to the business to optimize and inform future campaigns
  • Partnering with our Creators to create tailored strategies to meet their business goals
  • Interpreting data and identifying trends with an analytical mind
  • Developing a strong understanding of our customers and the consumer journey
  • Staying on top of, and proactively sharing news, trends and interesting examples within the interior, architecture, and art sphere

Qualifications

  • A BSc/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity or related field of work like a digital marketing agency
  • Proven digital marketing experience and success at managing campaigns across search engines and social platforms
  • The ability to balance brand and sales objectives while developing and managing full marketing funnels
  • Broad functional knowledge and proficient with technical and operational aspects across several digital marketing segments, including digital advertising, SEO/SEM and how these capabilities interact
  • An interest in total traffic, how channels perform together and how to optimize funnel and total ROAS
  • The ability to track multiple marketing initiatives, analyze results and recommend changes based on insights
  • Extensive experience with website analytics tools (e.g, GA4, Google Analytics)
  • Experienced with Google Data Studio
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Experience from generating SEM and SEO reports
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Fluent in English

The role

The Junior Graphic Designer at Svenskt Tenn is a creative and producing position that will be responsible for graphic design and through that area develop the Svenskt Tenn brand on all platforms. The planning, creation and development will be in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager and the Senior Art Director.

The Graphic Designer will be a position including working with layout, design logotypes, logos, icons, retouch, final art, graphic design and illustration related work. This work shall be done within the Svenskt Tenn’s brand profile and tone of voice. The position includes administration of the different platforms that might be included in the daily work, dropbox, drive, media room.

The Graphic Designer works closely with administration and ordering from printers and other external suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Support and collaborate with the Senior Art Director for campaign shoots
  • Create and distribute content for each campaign and all channels. Including but not excluded to: Website, B2B Site, Newsletter, Social Media.
  • Develop templates for newsletter, automated emails and transactional emails.
  • Create invitations and fit all creative assets into each area of use.
  • Folders, brand information, press releases created; Internal and external
  • Interactive PDF’s and print originals.
  • Creative assets for all online advertising (display, social media etc.)
  • Research for design development
  • Assisting in retouching of imagery when needed, cut downs of video footage from photoshoots and basic video edits for social media.
  • Update media bank with new content.
  • Together with the marketing team develop and create new ideas and visual content for each season. Based on the brand, collections, important holidays and other big happenings.
  • Graphic design and layout for folders, print, POS material etc.
  • Liaise with third party agencies for print, retouch etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in fine arts or visual arts
