    Drawing inspiration from a scallop shell, designer Sara Söderberg has created this beautiful porcelain shell plate. The shell is glazed on the inside and has a matt finish on the outside. It is handcrafted in Sweden and sold exclusively at Svenskt Tenn.

    Sara Söderberg is an artist and designer. She lives and works in Stockholm and Gustavsberg and graduated from Konstfack, University of Arts, Crafts and Design in 2017. Today she explores human movement and relationships through sculpture, ceramics and site-specific works. She is interested in the inherent history that different materials, spaces and objects contain and how different layers of value can be shaped to influence how we perceive and are affected by the world around us.
