Sebastian Schildt is a silversmith and jewellery artist. His interest in design and arts and crafts was encouraged already in childhood while studying at the Waldorf School in Stockholm. At the age of 20, Schildt was an apprentice to well-known silversmith Jan Brunk. He has been on his own since 1987 and today has a gallery and showroom on Strandvägen in Stockholm.
Sebastian Schildt has designed several products for Svenskt Tenn in pewter and brass, so when asked to design a wine cooler, he naturally fell for the same materials. These are materials that age beautifully.
