At Easter, the laid table takes on a special significance. Around the meal, the carefully arranged setting becomes an expression of care, togetherness and the joy of gathering. The Easter table is composed in a classic palette of yellow and green, where warm brass accents lend a gentle lustre. Inspired by Svenskt Tenn’s historical archives and a photograph from Estrid Ericson’s summer house, Tolvekarna, the large-check tablecloth is presented, complemented by napkins in the same pattern. This year’s Easter table setting is generous, inviting and vibrant — in the spirit of Estrid Ericson.

As the table is set, French craftsmanship meets Swedish design. The porcelain from Marie Daâge is hand-painted and finished with a delicate rim of 24-carat gold. The striped, hexagonal glasses, handmade by glass artist Pierrot Doremus, add texture and relaxed elegance. Napkin rings in the shape of small roosters, designed by silversmith Karin Ferner, bring a playful touch to an Easter table that balances renewal and tradition.

Gunilla Holmberg’s Candle Holder Hen

The playful candle holder in the shape of a hen has been recreated for Easter 2026, inspired by Svenskt Tenn’s historical archive. Originally designed by sculptor Gunilla Holmberg between 1950 and 1970, the piece is produced at Porslinsfabriken i Lidköping, where each example is painted by hand.
