Cup Oiseaux de Paradis

The rays are warm and bright. It is time for the first cup of tea of the day, and it is served with breakfast in classic French porcelain: Oiseaux de paradis – historical and timeless tableware from French Gien, created around 1865. The colourful pattern together with Svenskt Tenn's classic trivet, make a beautiful breakfast table.

A red bouquet in the Acorn vase.
A blue bird evolves on a background of branches and geometric patterns. This elegant luncheon table carries French influences, with a classic porcelain collection from Gien in focus. The blue and white tones are also found in Josef Frank's timeless La Plata print, and the colours are reflected in the small acorn vase, designed by Svenskt Tenn's founder Estrid Ericson. Despite its name, the acorn vase is not only suitable for growing acorns, but also for single flowers and cuttings.

The well known opera dinger Lina Cavalieri’s face adorns Fornasetti's characteristic plate collection, made by hand in Italy. The design makes an exciting contrast to the glasses in the Crystal Flora series, designed by Ingegerd Råman for Svenskt Tenn in 2014.
