For nearly 170 years, wallpapers have been produced by the Åsunden lake in Västergötland, Sweden.

In a basement in the old town of Stockholm, about 1,5 kilometres from Svenskt Tenn’s store, lies Larsson Korgmakare.

The Kasthall rug factory has woven and tufted carpets since 1889, and then as now they have full control of the process.

Producing Svenskt Tenn’s upholstered furniture is a time-consuming process which requires great craftsmanship.

Josef Frank’s patterns continue to achieve new triumphs. One of the reasons for the success is screen printing.
