The table has a black lacquered base, galvanised iron and a green granite table.
The table is handcrafted in Sweden.
All Svenskt Tenn furniture bears a plaque proving that the furniture is genuine.
Josef Frank designed the sturdy 602 garden table in the 1930s and it is now artisan crafted in Sweden.
Josef Frank grew up in Vienna and studied architecture at Konstgewerbeschule. In the 1920s he designed housing estates and large residential blocks built around common courtyards in a Vienna with severe housing shortages. When cleaning stone surfaces such as marble, granite, travertine and porphyry, use a soft cloth dampened with water and green soap. Dry with a soft cloth. Remember that acids such as red wine and lemon can stain the stone. This applies to both polished and matt granite and marble. If acid is spilled, be sure to wipe the surface directly.
Lacquered or coated pieces can be harmed by direct contact with heat and prolonged humidity. Scratches can be extra visible on colour-coated surfaces. If there is deeper damage to the metal, we recommend you to contact an expert to avoid corrosion. Never move the furniture by dragging it across the floor. Keep the table indoors during winter.

You get both strength and inspiration when you finally are able to furnish the outdoor space and set the table in the conservatory, on the terrace or the balcony.
This summer let’s keep the patio calm and uncluttered – as a simple extension of the seaside living room.
For serene moments with a book, a reposeful space and creative inspiration - arrange the conservatory with blooming greens and natural materials.
Iron garden furniture is appealing to the eye and resistant to weather and wind. During the 1930s, the functionalist style had made inroads in Sweden.
